Self-help Legal Document Preparation

Self-help LDA* Services

JRSC offers comprehensive self-help legal support services to individuals and small businesses at a fraction of the cost an attorney would charge for full legal representation.  As a JRSC client, you direct the work we do and you maintain control of your entire legal matter.

Although we are here to assist you with ANY legal document need, our primary LDA work is in Judgment Recovery. We can assist you with any of the following at an LDA rate of $45/hr:

  • Small Claims actions
  • Judgment Recovery (Self-help Plan)
  • Writs of Execution
  • Wage Garnishments
  • Bank Levies
  • Abstracts of Judgment
  • Sheriff's Instructions
  • Document filing, servicing and processing
  • Other legal document as necessary

JRSC is not a law firm and we are not attorneys.  We cannot perform the legal services that an attorney performs or give legal advice.  We cannot engage in the practice of law as a Legal Document Assistant, we do not interpret documents, and we do not represent you in court. However, we are happy to refer you to an attorney when your situation requires legal counsel.
